These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and Inqoraa Technologies Private Limited ("inqoraa," "we," "us," or "our").

inqoraa provides a B2B inquiry management platform that helps businesses aggregate, manage, and respond to leads from multiple platforms including IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Justdial, and others.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
To use our Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
Free and Pro plan accounts are for individual use. Enterprise plans may include multiple user seats as specified in your subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage guidelines.
Our Free plan provides 250 inquiries per month at no cost. No credit card is required. Unused inquiries do not roll over to the next month.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed through our payment partner Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of upgrading, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to inqoraa. We process your data solely to provide the Services and do not sell your information to third parties.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), secure credential storage, and regular security audits.
You may export your data at any time through the dashboard. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
The inqoraa name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and content are the property of Inqoraa Technologies Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without express written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services and your subscription will not renew.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that harms our Services or other users. We will provide notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inqoraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
